We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please ensure the item is free of any stains, odors, or damage.

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items from our menu are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging) and include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
